My name is Elizabeth Redmond. I have played soccer my whole life. I love helping people with their exercise needs. Exercise is vital to our lives and can make people feel so much better about themselves in more ways then one. While Exercising can be a challenge I think getting up and meeting that challenge is what attracts many people.
