I graduated from Slippery Rock University with a bachelors in Exercise Science and graduated from The University of Pittsburgh with a Masters in Exercise Science. I am CHES certified as of October 2009. I was certified with the HFI ACSM, but have since dropped this certification. I have a strong background in resistance training and worked with the Pitt football team in developing programs for them. I currently am a health advocate.
