Hi! My name is Aimee. I have a degree in Exercise Physiology from East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania. I have been training various types of clients for over 7 years which include active, overweight, teen, post-rehab, and pre and post natal. I enjoy hiking, bike riding, tennis, golf and softball. I am interested in functional and sport specific training as well. I believe in preventative health for a happy life. Changing lives gives me complete satisfaction in this stressful and ever changing world we live in.
