Head Trainer, Gokhan Filiz, arrived in the US on a full athletic college scholarship 25 years ago from Istanbul where he represented two of the biggest sports clubs in his home country as one of the top athletes. He has competed and placed in National Championships in Track & Field and has extensive certifications including: USA Track and Field Coaching, ACE Certified Personal Training, Youth Sports Conditioning, Sports Conditioning Specialist, and Sports Nutrition Consultant. He has also competed and placed in numerous fitness competitions and has training in a variety of sports giving him a well-rounded and experienced approach to training all athletes at all levels, especially working with those trying to take their athleticism to the next level whether a student or professional athlete.
