Fitness came to me later in life after a significant weight gain prompted me to adopt a much healthier way of life. Once I started exercising I realized what was missing in my life. I found I was happier, more confident, and a whole lot stronger. I was hooked and fitness meant so much to me that I felt the need to encourage other people to become more active in their lives. I went back to school, got my certification and now I enjoy every minute of my career. I love to help people move better and improve their lives through exercise.
