I attended Salem State College and double majored in Sports, Fitness, & Leisure Studies and Biology. I also played for the Salem State Vikings Women’s Soccer team. Through many years of sports training and injuries I have become very strong in my beliefs about training correctly. Correct training so important to get the most out of what you do and to prevent any type of injury whether it is as simple as an overworked muscle or as serious as a torn tendon or ligament. With proper training, the everyday wear on your body is more easily absorbed and also helps the body to age more beautifully.
