I am very encouraging and motivating and will help you stick to your goals. My goals were competing in triathlons and runs. I have won 1st place in my age group in some triathlons, a 1st place overall in a masters 10k run, and have competed in some marathons: here and in Hamburg, Germany. What are your goals?
