I am a long distance runner with 58 marathons completed, 23 which were the Boston Marathons and 23 were the New York City Marathon. I love coaching runners, especially the "first time" marathoner. I love working with older client population, they had so much to the session and I enjoy what they bring to the workout and the willingness they show to stay fit and active. I also have worked with many woman who are determined to not look their age, by staying fit and healthy at any age.
