I am a 27 year old female who graduated from Manhattan College. While attending college, I played Division I Women's Basketball for the Lady Jaspers. I have been playing sports my entire life and like to train others by doing sport specific drills. I have worked with athletes of all ages mostly working on speed and strength. Now I work with both athletes and non athletes. Recently I have worked with people in a physical therapy setting, providing rehab and personal training.
