Earned my Master`s & Bachelor`s degree in Physical Education from Lakshmibai National College of Physical Education, the only national college of its kind in India and is accredited by Sports Authority of India.I had specialized in Sports Psycholoy, Gymnastics & Athletics for my masters.I have also earned my Postgradute diploma in Fitness Managemnet from Symbiosis Institute of Health Sciences Pune,India.I'm a Certified Personal trainer from ACE.Basically I'm a sportsperson with high level participation in the games Baseball, Softball, Gymnastics and Cricket.i have total of around 3 years experience in Personal training & Health and Fitness.Fitness is my passion and i love teaching people how they can remain healthy and fit.I can be contacted through e-mail and my id is Aju254@gmail.com
