"Lyn" Fitness and Nutrition is my passion. As a wife and a mother of four I understand it can be difficult maintaining balance in life. Once an over-weight child and teen, followed by severe back injury in adulthood, I can attest to the struggles of a manageable, yet healthy lifestyle. I take pride in working on many fitness levels while effectively motivating clients to achieve life-long skills and permanent results. My approach is to work with my clients: FROM THE INSIDE - OUT We all have struggles to bear, however, we all have the capability of a healthy, happy life.
