About
I teach Secret Physique Barre Method classes based on the Lotte Berk Method (a ballet, pilates, yoga mix). It's an interval training workout which alternates intense strengthening and stretching, using a ballet barre for balance. I am also currently pursuing a Wellness Coach Certification, and look forward to helping my clients become and stay healthy through a balance of fitness and nutrition!
