I currently train mostly out of LA Fitness in Troy, MI. I am very motivated to train all levels of individuals in outdoor/group settings starting this spring (probably at the track of a local high school) starting in April. The sessions would most likely be an hour twice a week(Teusdays and Thursdays) focusing mainly on body weight exercises, conditioning, calisthenics. To improve overall health, strength, conditioning and self confidence.
