I am an avid athlete, dancer, and gymnast who cross-trains, using a variety of sports and exercises to stay healthy and fit. My degrees include a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Performing Arts degree in Dance. Complimentary certifications include personal training, TRX, gymnastics, circuit training and somatic practices. I feel it is important to always have a work-out available that is tailorable to the individual's needs, and enjoy leading one-on-one and group sessions focused on functional training, for a lean, sculpted, healthy physique!
