I work to assist people in taking their own small steps towards fitness and wellness. Then with consistent involvement with healthy activities you like, you will positively impact your life and those around you! My firm, Atlantic Recreation, provides diverse wellness and racquet programs for country clubs and residential communities. I am a member of the United States Professional Tennis Association and International Pickleball Teaching Professional Association. Through the years I have taught thousands of tennis players and hired and trained 200+ Professionals. I am a student of wellness, truly care about people and am eager to listen to your interests and learn your goals. I believe in looking at spokes on the wellness wheel like optimal nutrition, consistent exercise and spiritual connection to benefit lives. To walk the talk, I cross train with cardio machines, free weights, resistance machines and yoga. I can use my extensive sports and wellness background to assist you and/or your facility.
