About
Robin Zeffiro is an ACE certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She has taught in corporate offices, parents’ wellness programs and a number of gyms in DC. She specializes in teaching Balletone (a fitness class for the nondancer) and Bootcamp. She is an adjunct faculty member of the American University Health and Fitness department, where she teaches Group Exercise and Principles of Weight Training. She also works there as a personal trainer. Her focus is on making working out fun, even for those who have not fallen in love with exercise yet.
