As a 15-year cancer survivor, I have a deep insight into the importance of maintaining good health and fitness and welcome the opportunity to help others achieve their fitness goals. Being very fit prior to my cancer diagnosis in 2003, helped me survive the surgeries and chemotherapy treatments that I had to endure. Fitness helped saved my life and as a result I enjoy helping others on their path towards a healthy lifestyle. I am also a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and teach at a local Brazilian Jiu JItsu academy with over 6 years experience teaching the art..
