For the past ten years I have been working for Martin Health and Fitness with all types of clients. I have worked with cardiovascular,hypertension,diabetes,obesity,osteoporosis. I have also worked with very young and old. My philosophy on exercise is that our bodies are very much like machines. If not used they stop working correctly. Moving our body, helps keep our mind in shape as well as the physical appearance and feeling. Besides personal training I teach yoga and indoor cycling. I place alot of emphasis on good posture and using your core when working out.
