About Ellen O'Hara: Thank you for considering me for your fitness needs. I am the owner of Core Asset Fitness Training, LLC. I have a background as a critical care nurse and adult nurse practitioner. I decided to become a fitness professional because I enjoy helping people improve their fitness, mobility, strength, and self esteem. I have clients ranging from the deconditioned, to the very fit to the active senior. I can help you improve your level of fitness no matter where you are beginning. I will work closely with you to set realistic goals and stick to them. I can show you new, interesting ways to stay in shape, improve strength, bone density, balance, and even help you get that personal best in a race or golf game. I teach boot camp style classes in addition to my personal training, and provide services for small groups as well as individuals. I am pursuing my 200 hour RYT yoga teacher training through Yogafit.
