I have been interested and involved with personal training and sports performance over the last few years as I shifted my focus from participating in college football to personal training. I have grown to enjoy helping people reach their potential in life by helping them transform their bodies into a strong, flexible, healthy body. I have a strong health background with my Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the University of Akron. I also have experience training people from their late teens to early eighties. I use a variety of training tools and methods including resistance machines, free weights, resistance bands, kettles and more rehabilitative equipment.
