Hi, I'm Becky, and I'm the owner of Lily & Bee Wellness, a fertility coaching business. I help women who are struggling with unexplained infertility to relax their minds and bodies using hypnosis and other techniques. My background is in personal training and health coaching, but after my own long struggle with infertility I decided to shift gears a little. Infertility is incredibly stressful, and women tend to create a negative feedback loop of stress, more difficulties, more stress, and on and on. My coaching is focused on helping women to manage their stress and other mental and emotional blocks so they can stop the vicious cycle, get out of their own way, and successfully conceive.
