I love the outdoors and anything active outdoors. I enjoy a variety of activities such as; rock climbing, surfing, snowboarding (twice a year), fishing, golfing, jogging, and camping. I first began to get into shape when I needed to make a change in my life, and I felt as if that could be a constant I could build off of. It now has became a large part of my life, and affected my life in such a positive way that I became a personal trainer to share the joys it can bring to one's life with others.
