Sports become an important part of my life at an early age. I excelled at Volley ball, Hand ball and was entered into a special coaching class that focused on refining theses skills. Between the ages of nine and eighteen I competed and won at state, regional and national level (junior)in Karnataka. After high school, I applied for and was accepted in M.E.G (ARMY)as a sportsmen where I played as a professional for six years. I then Became a volley coach for Atlanta volley ball team (juniors) and coached the team which went on to state level competitions. I received my certifications as 1)Certified Personal Trainer- (American council on exercise) 2)Level 2 gym instructor- (Central YMCA qualifications ) 3)Sports conditioning - (Twist sports conditioning ) 4)Spin instructor- (Spin world) My achievements •Represented Bangalore University in Handball South zone inter university competition held at Annamalai University, Chidambaram •Represented Karnataka State handball in 33rd National Games, Guwahati-2007 If you want a personalized program that gets results, or need extra motivation, attention& support, I am here for you!
