I am a proud fitness fanatic. Even during my career in the business world, my passion was fitness. My 2012 diagnosis of MS provided further incentive to keep my body strong. I firmly believe that my dedication to consistent, smart exercise is the reason that I have been able to maintain a high level of fitness. I am now a full-time fitness professional. I train patients with chronic disease at a dedicated neurology center, and I train people that just want to look and feel better. Regardless of fitness level, each client is given a customized fitness plan. I can tailor a plan for beginners, athletes, or folks with special issues. I enjoy working with all age groups, from the very young to the young at heart. If you're ready to change your body, I would like to motivate and guide you.
