In 2010, I started my journey as a certified fitness professional by earning the ACE Certified Personal Trainer certification. My specialty certifications include: RRCA-Certified Coach, ACE Fitness Nutrition, ACE Senior Fitness and ACE Behavior Modification. I'm currently working towards the ACE Health Coach Certification.
