I am a personal trainer because I thoroughly enjoy teaching others something I love to do. We work at your pace but with a little nudge when necessary. I want you to learn how go exercise safely to avoid injury and over use so exercise is enjoyed for a lifetime. Having been in the banking and finance field for a number of years, I was given the opportunity to follow my passion. I have been involved in fitness for a long time and am very lucky to be able to help people transform their lives. I truly love what I do & have fun doing it.
