"ACE" CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER and CERTIFIED YOGA INSTRUCTOR with over 20 years of work experience. Remi believes in integrating yoga and fitness as part of a healthy lifestyle and having fun in the process. Certifications: ACE Personal Trainer; Certified Level 1 DVRT Sandbag Training; ACE Functional Training Specialist and completion of training program on coaching clients in pain (The Yellow Brick Road, The Pain free Program); Youth Fitness Training Specialist with The American Academy of Health and Fitness (AAHF). Senior Fitness including balance training; Certification in The Feldenkrais Method (posture and movement education); The Janda Method of Assessment and Treatment of Muscle Imbalance (post injury rehabilitation). Training program: Fitness program are designed for each client goals and needs, from beginner to athlete levels. Session may include cardiovascular training and weight loss, functional strength training, interval training, balance and agility drills. Remi provides senior fitness and youth fitness programs. Remi is presently working with private clients and at gyms in center city Philadelphia and in Wayne PA.
