About
Christine Brown-Sasso, CPT I have been involved in the fitness industry for over 27 years, starting as personal trainer at a women's gym in Santa Barbara, California at the age of 16. I have been teaching group fitness classes since 2007, with an emphasis on cycling, cardio conditioning, muscle and strength training classes for all levels of fitness abilities. I found I had a great passion to also work one on one with people and therefore became a certified Personal Trainer in 2009 after completing the Personal Training Certification program at Glendale Community College and received my ACE national certification also in 2009. I also obtained a certification in Nutrition in Health and Wellness in 2011 from Glendale Community College. I am avid in pursuing my commitment to increase people’s fitness and wellness through exercise and nutrition. My inspiration for being a personal trainer is based on the health and wellness I have obtained physically and emotionally from exercise and nutrition. I strive to bring that inspiration to the clients that I work with. My training styles that I specialize in are strength, core, body weight, balance and functional training. I strive to create an individualized program that will focus on a balanced approach to exercise, nutrition & wellness.
