I have worked with Weight Watchers for 20 years. I have also worked at the YMCA for ten years. I was fortunate enough to meet a trainer at the YMCA who helped me train for a triathlon eight years ago, and I have continued to pursue this as well as running events. It is my belief that we can all start at anytime in our lives to become fit and healthy. It gives us more energy and makes us feel great about ourselves. We all have different goals and desires for ourselves. I look forward to working with individuals and helping them meet their desired goals.
