About
My motto for exercise is "Just move!". Whether you are just getting started or are a regularly exerciser, the goal is to be creative and have fun and meet your goals through those two means. I danced for 17 years, and taught group exercise for 8 years with an emphasis in strength training, pilates, step and water aerobics. With my training clients, I stress a combination of cardio, strength, and flexibility training that focuses on core strength, postural alignment, and weight reduction if desired. I meet with clients where it is convenient for them, whether at the gym, pool, park, or home. As your trainer, I strive to excel in what I call the three P's- performance oriented, professional manner, and positive attitude!
