Hello, my name is Jerry Jacobs, Director of Personal Training for the YMCA of Greater Cleveland Association. I'm an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, NETA Certified Group Instructor, IKFF Certified Kettlebell Trainer, NCTMB Certified Massage Therapist and I have been teaching Martial Arts full time for the past 15 years. My motivation in fitness is to build functional strength, endurance, cardiovascular and flexibility in my clients. I will help achieve this through my many years of experience in various cross-training principles.
