Chelsie is a qualified Personal Trainer with the American Council on Exercise and also holds the American College of Sports Medicince Health and Fitness Specialist certification. She holds a bachelors of science in Health and Fitness Management. Chelsie is also a nationally certified Licensed Massage Therapist, and has completed 64 hours along with added practice in Active Isolated Stretching. Her continued education and knowledge in the health and fitness field is a priority for her to further expand in a field that is continually changing. Chelsie played fast pitch softball as a pitcher at Northwestern Oklahoma State University, and also enjoys teaching young girls how to pitch. Other interests include volleyball, running and weight training. After a successful career in softball Chelsie enjoys helping other people to achieve the same success in their lives. Chelsie helps clients to achieve their goals and advance to a new level of fitness, she is interested in a learning process for her clients to build skills they can use on their own, and feel more comfortable in committing to a healthier lifestyle. Chelsie offers a wide range of programs and services - from individual training, to sport specific training, to help with special populations. Passionate about health and its possibilities, Chelsie provides services that help clients achieve their personal goals and to stay motivated and to learn more about a healthy lifestyle and what it can do for them. Her goal is to teach and educate clients so that they can feel more comfortable that they are doing the exercises correctly without fear of injury and so they can get the most out of each exercise session.
