Enter the ultimate fitness NERD (me)! I truely, truely LOVE what I do. I research effective training for fun -yes, it's true. I am not your average 'GURU' trainer. I too have been the 'beginner'; very overweight and out of shape. I too have a life and I do NOT believe that your life should revolve around the gym. Working out should be like brushing your teeth: Try to do it every day, don't freak out if you miss a day. All of us benefit from working out, but some are in desperate need of a 'workout intervention'. It is my mission to help those clients thrive.
