I have been an ACE certified Personal Trainer since 2005. I love fitness! In addition to Personal Training, I also teach Pilates group exercise class and private lessons and a few other group exercise classes like Bootcamp and Indoor Cycling. I like to mix training styles often with my clients and include many different components of fitness in a typical workout including strength, flexibility, and balance. My training studio, Legit Fit, is located in Park Ridge.
