I have been teaching gym-based Fitness classes since 2002. Classes include or have included (cardio)kickboxing, spin, bootcamp, muscle up, circuit, and core. Before becoming ACE-certified, I worked as a coach in youth sports camps and served as an instructor in the martial arts and self-defense. I hold a second degree blackbelt in the Korean martial art of Tang Soo Do, and am a novice triathlete. I also have a PhD in Neuroscience, and have previously been certified as a personal trainer.
