I am an AARP member that has been involved in health and physical education since 1975. I have been concentrating on exercise physiology for the last five years and have been affiliated with ACE since 2005. I have worked with clients that range in age from 10 to 93, and have great success with the senior population. I have been studying for the ACE exam on Lifestyle and Weight Management and hope to complete this certification in the spring or summer.
