I am a StrongFirst certified Russian kettlebell instructor. Kettlebells have changed my life and I use them for assessments as well as training too! I also have a deep passion for kickboxing/boxing/martial arts. I have previous experience in Taekwondo/Aikdo (green belt), and that is where my passion began. I'm also certified in Spinning and Aquatics. I enjoy helping people, but I always want to challenge people to their Personal BEST!!
