I have a true passion for health and fitness. After attended U of IA and graduating Army ROTC with a degree in Biology, I was full time National Guard/government contractor for 9 years until recently pursuing fitness full time. I really started getting involved with fitness in 2006, shortly after being diagnosed with MS. I received my ACE Group Fitness Certification and Personal Training Certification, I have been actively teaching classes and clients since then at various facilities moving across States for military. I pursued my online fitness business with Beachbody in 2013 and continue to run Fitness Challenges monthly for those whom I can not reach out and touch. My passion for fitness and positive zest for life helps me encourage, motivate and provide a fun-filled interactive workout that allows for consistency and positive results for any client at any fitness level. Everyone can achieve a healthy way of life! All you need is a plan. That is where I come in to help. I will develop a program to guide you toward reaching your goals. Whether your goal is Weight Loss, Strength Training, Increased Energy, you name it, there’s a plan. Along with your individualized workout plan, I will discuss and motivate you toward healthier nutrition, if needed. I strive to create a personal relationship with all my clients.
