About Matthew Ryan Carney: Hi exercisers, I am a 12-year ACE-certified personal trainer with B.Sc. in Kinesiology from the University of Texas. I am FMS Certified Level I and use the FMS to instantly program corrective exercises into our workouts! I specialize in 100% slimming and lightly-sculpting men's and women's bodies-- thru aerobic training, focused strength training, and precision flexibility exercises. Everything we do is designed to make you slimmer, stronger, more fit & flexible. We never put your joints at risk of damage (no heavy weightlifting, no sprinting on concrete, etc). Some of my favorite exercise styles are barre, cable machines, kettlebells, distance running, cycling, swimming, TRX, and more!
