I grew up in Mocksville, North Carolina and attended school at UNC-Asheville. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness Promotion in December 2007 and became an ACE Certified Personal Trainer in November 2007. I worked for a year in commercial fitness and then in December 2008 I started working in corporate fitness as a Health Fitness Specialist.
