I teach group finess classes and am a personal trainer. I have recently certified in Balance Training 3rd ed. and have completed the Arthritis Foundation land fitness workshop. Both of these certifications have been very beneficial in the design and implementation of my classes. I have received very positive feedback from class participants. In July 2011 I change my business name to I Design Fitness LLC and am licensed in Sahuarita, Arizona
