About Thomas Taylor: I graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2007, earning a degree in Health Sciences and Fitness Training. My education is used in conjunction with my experience to provide for my clients superior fitness training with superior results. I use science-based training techniques for maximum safety and effectiveness. My passion for personal training comes from my desire to help people achieve their greatest physical and mental well-being through lifestyle balance. It is a blend of science and art - an application of anatomy, biomechanics and physiology, combined with the skillful integration of an individual's needs, preferences, and goals. My goal is to improve peoples lives by pairing my gifts with your desire to change.
