Hi, my name is Dan Hennessey. I am an ACE Certified Professional Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Specialist For KSTRENGTH Sports Training in Wayne, NJ. I have also achieved an Exercise Science Bachelor's Degree from Montclair State University. I have trained everyone from professional athletes to weekend warriors to the "average Joe" and everyone in between. I enjoy helping all levels and age groups ranging from as early as 9 years old to 69 years old. I am offering a great way to lose weight without having to go to the gym.
