About
I am a retired Private Investigator living in Virginia Beach, VA. After retirement, I wanted to start a second career offering a service to family, friends, neighbors and clients where I could make a positive contribution to their overall Health and Fitness. After a year of study for the American Council on Exercise (ACE) Personal Trainer Certification, I became an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and began my new career at the Norfolk, VA, YMCA-Downtown, as a Personal Trainer/Fit Quest Coach. In July 2008, I partnered with ACE and AARP in their IN-HOME (one-on-one, one-on-two) Personal Training Program, which is specifically for Mid-Life and Older Adults. Training is specific and the program is based upon the client's personal goals and their current physical condition.
