Being mentally and physically fit is what molds my daily experience. These two components of health create the foundation of my group training program, Body Performance. This program is a training series for women that will allow you to achieve a healthier, stronger, and leaner physique through performance based training. By taking the focus off of weight loss we encourage and educate you on how to become stronger and improve your overall performance for life both in and out of the gym. By focusing on the basics of purposeful training and mindful nutrition we offer a comprehensive fitness experience that allows for you to achieve long lasting lifestyle changes.
