About
I am the Director of the Wellness Commons at the University of the South. I also teach in the PE dept. I am certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I am an Applied Health and Human Performance Specialist (Level 3, Institute of Motion). I have also completed training as a Trauma Informed Personal Trainer (Hope Ignited). I am also a Melt Method Instructor. I began teaching group fitness in June 2005. I was a Penn State fitness instructor and have taught at YMCAs in Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Alabama. I have taught to populations including older active adults, pregnant women, college athletes, I teach multiple group fitness formats including indoor cycling, yoga, Pilates, Barre, MOSSA programming (Centergy, Power, Active, Blast, Core, Ride), Aqua, and more.
