I am a new resident to Sebastian, Fl. For the past 8 years I was a fitness trainer to residents and vacationer’s on the island of Kauai. Since my move to S. Florida, I am embracing the Florida lifestyle: kayaking, hiking, and “hitting the beach” are among my favorite things to do. My specialty is in core-strengthening, Pilates, balance, overall strength training, and flexibility improvement. I have experience working with seniors and the de-conditioned individual, or person just starting out. Whatever your fitness goals, I will provide a fun, safe, and effective work out. I am available for personal training, private or semi-private pilates sessions in my home (studio) or yours.I am a mobile gym, and carry with me all the neccessary equipment you will need for an effective workout. I have expereince working with clients at various fitness levels. I aim to have member’s walk away feeling fantastic and invigorated. My focus is on fun and fitness, enjoying life, and being the best you can be!
