An avid sportsman throughout school and college, Sports and Fitness has been a passion for me always. I believe in professional education and knowledge and have cleared exams and received certification from the best regarded certification and training bodies in the field. As such I am one of only a handful of people in Delhi who have received the American Council on Exercise certification. My knowledge and experience ensure a scientific and planned approach to fitness with my clients. Individual attention, goal-setting and frequent monitoring and fine-tuning the exercise regime help me constantly deliver to client’s needs. I believe client-motivation is the key to success and the only way to not just reach planned fitness goals but to go beyond them.
