I have been working in the Sports and Fitness Industry for over 30 years. My background includes work as a PSIA Certified Ski Instructor and Co-Coordinator for our local Elementary School Presidential Fitness Program. I am an avid runner, with my favorite distance as the Half Marathon. I have completed several RAGNAR races, as well. I currently train with a fabulous Cross Fit Gym, to round out my fitness needs. My interests for you, are to work towards your highest level of function, fitness, and health. I believe that when we are fit and healthy, we are happier and can give to those around us.
