I got my start as an insanity certified instructor in 2012 after successfully losing over 100 pounds on the home program. After becoming an instructor I realized the passion I had to share my passion for group exercise. I continued my education and brought new and exciting programs to my places of employment. I have been certified in tabatta, ripped, insanity and bootcamp style formats.
